Master of Introdutions, RADM Swoose Snead, USN-RET
This Admiral has a special talent of being able to make everyone feel right at home, and at the same time making jest. It was a terrific bit of fun, and just what the evening needed to make it a well rounded success. CAPT Bill Gortney's talk was truly informative, and appreciated by all, but everyone really got a kick out of Swoose's stories, reminiscences, and good humored characterizations of many of those present. Those who didn't make the GALA missed out on a great performance.
